@Xfinity Repeated loss of internet and when I do have it I get 62 mbps coming into the gateway (I pay for 600). Been a problem for months. Samreen has told me to expect a call from the higher fix team. I’d just like to get the internet I pay for please

Getting someone on the phone at @Xfinity is a completely nightmare now. You have to actually fight with the damn robot just to speak to a live person. I can’t express how badly I want to cancel my services. The most complicated company I’ve ever dealt with

Also, I thought I'd let everyone know that I'm going to be moving soon too. This actually is going to solve one of my big issues with me streaming. That being my connection, and leaving Comcast behind. I do need a new capture card, and may need to do that sooner rather than later

Well the stream tonight didn't go to good but the issues I was having was not within my control. Xfinity will be coming out in a couple days to fix the problem so until then no streams, but when it's fixed I will be coming back in full force. Stay Tuned!
