Why won't Skyward let me login? ›

Q: What do I do if my login isn't working? A: Get in touch with your internal Skyward support team. They'll be able to reset your password or provide you with updated credentials as needed. Skyward does not have access to your password or account information.

Enter your school email and click Submit • Click on Forgot your Login/Password? Check your email account (Outlook) for a message from SkywardRelay. Check your Clutter and Junk email as well. The email will have your login name.

Account Locked

If you have received a message that your Skyward Family Access account is locked, you will need to either: Call the Help Desk at 972-350-1833 between 7:30 am and 4:30 pm on school days. Enter a support ticket.

You see additional options under your username. c. Select Sign Out from the drop-down menu. You have successfully set up the Skyward Mobile Access app.

Common Reasons For Passwords Not Working:

⇒ Skyward is case sensitive – make sure your caps lock is not on & that you are using the correct series of upper/lower case. ⇒ Skyward provides services to other schools, as well as, WHS.

The alpha key is made up by the Skyward system by using the first 5 letters of the last name followed by the first 3 letters of the first name and then a 3 digit number.

Auto Emails

You can set up automatic emails to send when triggered by certain events. For example, parents could receive an email when their student reaches a certain number of tardies or his or her grade drops below a specified threshold. Guardians can choose to subscribe to these emails in Family Access.

Why won't Skyward let me log in? ›

If you run into issues signing into Skyward, the most common issue is that your regular password expired without you realizing it. If you find that you are unable to sign into Skyward with your regular username and password, please do one of the following: Log into your computer on the school network.

Helpful Tip: Your Skyward LOGIN (username) can be found in the password reset email you receive and, in the password reset screen.

If you forget your password and need a reset, someone in your school or district office can reset it for you. Skyward does not have this ability. Q: How do I create/register a new account? A: Your school or district can provide further instructions.

(You must first login on your computer to get your Skyward username and password. After you follow the Skyward Mobile Access setup instructions, you will only need the 4 digit passcode to login to the mobile app.) to enter a 4 digit security code to open the application.
